Speed Race Power Ups

So for this update, I added in a power up that makes the player immune to crashing into other cars for about 10 seconds. I myself was tired of bumping into the other cars since it just slows the game down. For this I used an effect called AdjustHSL which changes the color of the car into different colors. The powers wear off once the color of the car changes back to red. However if you collect it more than once, it'll last longer and automatically do the power again. The power up is a smaller version of the red car and it is surrounded by a circle. That lets you know that you're protected from collisions.
